Penne with Funghi sauce and sun-dried tomatoes

- Half a pack of penne
- Pastiamo Funghi Sauce
- 50 g of sun-dried tomatoes
- 20 g butter
- Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
COOKING STEPS:
For 2 servings put 2 liters of water and 1 tablespoon of salt. When the water boils, pour half a packet of penne and cook for at least 9 minutes. Fry until golden two finely chopped cloves of garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the contents of a jar of Pastiamo Funghi sauce, along with black pepper to taste. Add 50 g of chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture. Once the sauce starts to simmer, add the already drained Pastiamo penne and fry lightly together with the sauce and a lump of butter (about 20 grams). Serve immediately, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
