Delivery and return

Pastiamo Ltd., accepts, processes and sends orders according to the following criteria:
Orders are accepted and processed every working day from 9:00 to 16:00; Orders placed before 10:00 on the current business day are sent on the same business day of receipt of the order;
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays that are considered non-working days are processed on the first working day. •
Price and delivery time All prices and delivery times after sending an order from Pastiamo Ltd. are configured according to the current tariffs and terms of Speedy Courier AD.
Free delivery Free delivery is made when ordering a Pastiamo box product and a total amount of products over BGN 50.00. •
Delivery of orders You can track the status of your order in your customer account and you will also have the number of the bill of lading with which the shipment will be delivered in your email.
In case of delay in sending or delivering an order, please contact us at E-mail: [email protected] • Before you complete the order, a calculator will be displayed so that you can see the exact amount of your order.
If you have chosen cash payment (cash on delivery), the calculator does NOT show the additional commission for postal money order, which is 0.5% or at least 0.60 stotinki with VAT (of the amount of your order).
This fee is at the customer's expense and should be paid to Speedy upon receipt of the shipment. •
Poor quality or short shelf life products In case of received product of poor quality, a change can be made, the product can be returned at the expense of the sender or the amount for it is refunded by bank transfer within 10 days after the return of the application. •
Missing product in order In case of undelivered product, additional delivery may be made at the expense of the sender or the amount for it will be refunded by bank transfer within 10 days after establishing and confirming the absence of the sender.
